Valeria graduated as an Osteopath in 2014 from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone and has been working in several multidisciplinary practices ever since. She has been working with patients suffering from various musculoskeletal conditions from sport injuries to everyday injuries.
Valeria considers herself as a patient centred therapist and uses her clinical knowledge to tailor each session to her patient’s needs making sure to be specific to their problem. She uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue massage, gentle manipulation and articulation, and stretching.
As an experienced Pilates instructor, she has particular interest in understanding how her patients could recover from an injury in a dynamic way. She sees Pilates as a great rehabilitation tool complementing her osteopathic practice.
Valeria is available: Tuesdays am &pm, Thursday am/pm, Friday after 3pm one week and Tuesday until 1pm, Friday after 3pm the next week. Call 0208 811 1117 to make an appointment.
